Roads in Jimi to be fixed, says Goi

DETERIORATING roads in the Jimi electorate of Jiwaka will be fixed within four years so that people can have access the developments and changes taking place, local MP Wake Goi says.
He said K10 million has been allocated by the Government for the project.
Goi paid more than K460,000 to Kaiaworks Engineering to do maintenance work on about 60km of road from Banz to Kol Station.
Goi said this would continue to cover other roads as well and people from three local level governments – Upper, Middle and Lower – would have a better road to use to go to Banz or Mt Hagen.
