I SUPPORT a letter from Customer #70750191 in The National last week.I am also a victim of disappearing phone credits. I entered the token from three K3 flex cards on May 27, June 1 and June 3. On all three occasions, I requested night pass data bundles of 500M but I didn’t get them. I requested the data bundles following their prompts on *675# just after entering the flex cards but my credits disappeared and I never received my requested bundles.I tried reaching Digicel customer care service that didn’t help. This is robbery.It is unacceptable.I want my credits restored immediately.
