SECOND-placed Red Rovers face Drongos in Mt Hagen men’s softball qualifying finals tomorrow in what is expected to be an exciting encounter.
In the elimination final, Pirates and Gazelle battle it out to see who advances to the minor semi-final on Sunday.
Minor premiers NGI are on bye tomorrow. They play the winner of the Rovers/Drongos match the next day to determine the first grand final spot. Rovers missed out on the minor title on percentage and are favoured.
Drongos hurler Westin Kakat has a daunting task of diffusing Rovers batting strategy which is expected to feature prominently in tomorrow’s clash.
Kakat’s mission impossible should be well guided by mastermind and catcher Kuli Topiso.
