RPNGC does not deserve K500mil

I DO not think the Royal PNG Constabulary deserves K500 million to fix
its housing needs, logistics and other employment conditions.
As recruits, they were well-disciplined and neat.
But they are different when in the barracks.
I admire the police minister’s initiative to improve the living standards of the police.
However, for the good of the force, I think it is best for Minister Nixon Duban and Commissioner Tom Kulunga to first address the disciplinary problems and teach our policemen and women to look after the state’s properties.
