You make so much money from vehicle registrations but cannot update your website?
In today’s digital era, one would expect to access all information and resources through a click of a button, but at RTA, their website is outdated and the links to all the downloadable files are not accessible.
Goodness, what kind of IT team are you employing?
Remove all the outdated old timers and replace energetic employees with good IT knowledge.
Also, can the CEO push for the website to be more user friendly and accessible?
Why do I have to waste time and energy, and money, to come to you when I could easily find all the information I need on your website?
What a shame you are still stuck in the old stone age.
