Rural Kaintiba welcomes road

 THE people of Kaintiba local level government can now have access to road services from Kerema to Kotidanga, inland Kerema.

Kaintiba LLG president Dominic Tokero thanked Kerema MP Richard Mendani for fulfilling the needs of the people.

Tokero said their people had suffered for 30 seven years carrying cargoes like donkeys and walking for long hours from the town to their villages.

“This road project is bringing a great impact on people’s lives.”

Mendani said this road project from Kerema to Kotidanga, then to Kaintiba was launched recently when he was elected into office in 2012. The project was awarded to Cana Construction Limited.
