THE South Korean embassy will stage the 2013 Korean film show at the University of Papua New Guinea main lecture theatre starting on Wednesday.
The embassy said last week that the films would also be screened on Thursday.
“This is especially organised to introduce South Korean lifestyle and culture to Papua New Guinea,” the embassy said in a statement.
“Students and staff of University of PNG, and parents who attended the South Korean film shows in 2011 and last year were impressed and enjoyed the movies very much.
“Some wanted to have copies of the movies to show it to their friends and families.”
The embassy said for this year’s film show, two movies would be shown.
“They are titled Le Grand Chef and A Barefoot Dream.
“They are two drama movies depicting South Korea’s culture and way of life and have humour and laughter.
“There is no fee for entry and all are invited to attend.”
