Same people in govt institutions

IT is sad to see that the same people who have serious allegations against them for corrupting systems and processes to benefit themselves over the years are back in almost every state institutions as paper consultants to feast on every opportunity by taking advantage of the Government’s desire to bring changes.
Only time will tell as most of those who are not familiar people’s games and processes may not see that a new corruption culture is more prevalent than never before.
I feel sad for the 80 per cent of our people who are underprivileged.
