Saonu gives school K100,000 for facilities

MOROBE Governor Ginson Saonu has pledged K100,000 to Wasu Secondary School for the development of its facilities and in return the schjool will name the e-library building after him as Ginson Saonu Sawe Haus.
Wasu is the second school after Markham Valley Secondary to receive e-library facilities from Saonu.
A water supply system and a boys’ dormitory opened on Saturday.
Saonu said education was what would change communities and society.
He told the people of Tewae-Siassi and Kabwum to support education reforms to ensure the notion becomes their investments for the future.
“Bible and education are the only investment for Fisika (Finschhafen, Siassi and Kabwum) region,” he said.
