Scheme appreciated

THE Higher education loan orogramme (Help) introduced by the Government is good for this developing country.
The student loan scheme is an important policy introduced in developed countries such as Australia.
Help is already being approved at the University of Goroka allowing students to register for classes.
Help will solve financial constrains faced by employed and unemployed parents.
I was accepted at the University of Goroka to do my first year this year.
I now have a chance to register through Help.
I thank the Government for the scheme.
