School gets teachers house, ablution block

SITUM Primary School in Nawaeb, Morobe celebrated the opening of a teachers new duplex accommodation and an ablution block.
The duplex will house two teachers and was funded by the school while the ablution block came through counter-funding by AusAID and other partners.
Acting Commissioner of Police northern command Peter Guinnes opened the buildings witnessed by a World Vision representative, teachers and the Situm community.
Situm board chairman Isaac David said the had been struggling over the years and to come up with the completion of such infrastructures were significant for the school.
