SDA centenary in Central

 THE Mt Koiari people in Efogi, Central, celebrated the centenary of the arrival of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the region.

Guests were invited from nearby areas to join pastors from the Central Papuan Conference and PNG Union Mission of the SDA Church. 

One of the highlights was the opening of a monument at Sena, Enivilogo village near Efogi.

The monument was dedicated to the pioneers who risked their lives to walk through the jungles with their families to bring the Gospel to Mt Koiari.
