Seal roads in SHP

WE want services to be delivered in Southern Highlands and sealing all the major roads must be the top priority.
The nine MPs and ExxonMobil must work together.
To enable development to take place, roads must be sealed first as almost everything is transported by road.
If the roads’ condition is good, development and flow of services will follow suit.
If the leaders do not see this, then whatever development and promises of basic services will remain just that – lip service.
