CAN the Government to reinstate the suspended Student Representative Council for both the University of Papua New Guinea and the University of Technology.
Allow students to vote for their representatives in the second semester this academic year and let them start the next academic year with their councils.
Students deserve fair treatment under the virtues of PNG Constitution as major stakeholders of these institutions.
Suppressing students’ voice is unconstitutional and it’s a degradation of our supreme and vibrant democracy.
PNGs future is in the hands of today’s generation.
All we need to do is set precedence with good deeds.
