THIS relates to the recent advertisement of vacancies in the Royal PNG Constabulary – Centre of Excellence – Bomana, which closed on Friday.
Many applicants’ concern is that the selection panel/committee should be fair and transparent in selecting candidates.
After all, experience matters most because without experience, no one will be competent enough to perform to the level of the expectation.
Many of us who have applied have proper qualifications and experience and want to deliver.
The selection panel should abstain from nepotism, bribery and influences of any sort with regards to sort-listing the applicants.
Recruit people with experience to deliver and drive the Centre of Excellence forward.
