Senseless ones defying ban

 DESPITE the efforts of Governor Powes Parkop to beautify the National Capital District, there are still some senseless people who continue to chew betel nut and spit without care. These people have a “don’t care” attitude and some are selling betel nut at the Waigani market and police station. They do not appear to be afraid of the police, even when policemen opened fire to warn and disperse the vendors. Even mothers are defying the buai ban which is a shame.
