Sepik Futsal gears up for strong season

SEPIK Futsal Association (SFA) kicked off its pre-season last Saturday with 22 teams.
The teams participated in Wewak Central Futsal Association are from council wards in the Wewak Urban and Wewak Local LLG areas.
SFA has three local Futsal associations which have been consistent in running competitions for five years.
SFA president Clarence Hukahu said interest was always good.
Meanwhile, SFA executives have endorsed the following events for SFA’s 2013 calendar: pre-season March 16-May 26; proper season July 6-Oct 27; Futsal administration clinic April 15-19; Futsal referee clinic July 8-12; Futsal championship Sept 13-16; and Futsal coaching/training clinic Sept 23-27.
