Serve our rural areas too, Govt

DESPITE huge amount of minerals extracted from PNG, and millions of kina paid to the Government, the majority of the rural areas still do not have basic services.
Our health indicator is one of the lowest in the region with a high rate of infant and maternal mortality rate.
What is the Government doing to ensure that basic services reach the rural areas?
If the present system is not working, then learn from others.
