IT has been more than a year since Isaac Waigavara was elected  Okapa MP, but his win is being disputed in court.

While we wait for the decision, the flow of essential services in the district has come to a complete stop as funds for Okapa have been withheld.

I urge the court to hand down its decision soon.

I congratulate MP Johson Tuke for establishing a university studies learning centre in Kainantu.

School leavers from Kainantu, Okapa and other districts in the province will benefit from it.

We need innovative leaders such as him who can deliver services.
