Set strict measures

IT confusing to read so many commentaries for and against the Government on social media from health and non-health professionals on Covid-19 regarding PNG’s preparedness and response.
There is no time to criticise PNG’s capacity and testing facility issues when the invisible enemy is already at the door step.
The logical measure now is a complete shutdown for 14 days to trap Covid-19’s incubation on potential unknown cases in country.
Another 14 days will allow for any internal remnants of Covid-19 to disappear.
Once cleared, stricter measures should be set up until the World Health Organisation declares the Covid-19 pandemic over.
While the threat is here, the best cost effective method to clear ones nasal passage from all forms of common flu symptoms is to steam bath.
It is better to improvise what we have on hand to help ourselves as help never reaches everyone in rush hour of crises.
