THE bypass at the Gouloka Creek road damage in Goroka is nearly completed.
Semi-trailers, PMVs and small cars will soon have access to the Highlands Highway.
Drivers must take extra precautions when driving across this section.
The contractor has been very busy working nights to complete the bypass.
Police must step in to stop people from collecting money from the public.
It’s shameful.
Where is the respect and common sense in all this nonsense going on?
The persons heading this issue must refrain people from stealing from the public now.
