Shocking car crash

Letters

IT was shocking for bystanders watching a car-chase drama on May 26 involving a police car and a taxi.
It all turned to be drastic when the cab driver hit another vehicle at high speed and died instantly at the scene.
I am not sure if it was necessary for the police to chase the taxi.
Disciplinary forces in the act of prosecuting, should apply care and responsibilities pertaining to their duties and not to practise extreme behaviour that can cause harm to society.
What if the offence committed by the taxi driver was a minor traffic infringement but he ended up in a drastic car accident and lost his life?
This is an appeal to the authorities and agents to step in immediately and investigate and let the culprits to face the full law.
