SHP students need assistance to pay fees

 THE Southern Highlands provincial government has abandoned the human resource development and focused on other services some of which have not been transpired as televised and put on the media.  

Human resource is significant for our province if we are serious about development and change. 

The SHP government needs to change its bearing and give an eye to the students who are attending tertiary institutions rather than capitalise on the free education policy.  

The students have been struggling to meet the increasing tuition fees.  

We have not seen any sponsors from the electorates and the provincial government.
