MEMBERS of parliament should be able to receive each of their district profiles by 2013, District Information Management Systems administrator Kenny Lesa says.
He said this at the signing of two agreements in Port Moresby last Friday.
The first was between the Department of Implementation and Rural Development (DIRD), the European Union and Datec and the second was with the National Research Institute.
Lesa said 79 of the 89 districts of Papua New Guinea had been surveyed and data collected.
He said only 10 districts remained to be completed before the end of July.
He said the survey identified the areas in need of improvement like human resource, infrastructure, information and communication technology and project implementation and fiscal capacity.
