IT is very reasonable, as a wider view, for the court order restraining the deactivation of mobile phone SIM cards.
I commend Madang MP Bryan Kramer who has taken up the fight.
What’s Nicta’s rush in getting SIM cards registered?
Nicta should review Digicel and bmobile services.
Review and reconstruct the current SIM registration requirements/guidelines.
This is so that the process and registration itself become flexible and applicable to Papua New Guinean needs.
