SIM registration not understood

The obligatory SIM card registration will not even solve or get to the bottom of the problem of national security.
Religious reasons kept many people away from registering.
People believe that SIM card registration, and NID registration, is something to do with the 666 mark of the beast as stated in the Book of Revelation.
I do not think it is easy for people, especially in remote areas of Papua New Guinea, to understand SIM registration although the Government emphasises it.
