Simbu Warriors’ demise painful

IT is sad that there is no hope for the youths of Chimbu who dream of playing for their province because the Simbu Warriors are out of the Digicel Cup competition.
Those who managed the Simbu Warriors this year should be ashamed of themselves for this blunder.
Some people in the management team have never even touched a rugby league ball in their life, or maybe I just can’t remember ever seeing them play.
Simbu has heaps of qualified people who should have been called in to manage the team and those people I know can put in place strategies to have a constant flow of players for many years to come.
With Simbu Warriors out of the next Digicel Cup competition, out also has gone the dream of our young people who desired to play and wear the Simbu Warriors jersey and represent their province.
If there is some hope somewhere then I suggest that a new management team be appointed to prepare us for 2020.
