Sleeping in public

IT is becoming common to see people having a lie-down in public places in Port Moresby, as if they were having a rest in their backyard.
You’d tolerate it if people were doing that in a park, but when you see it everywhere – near roads, beside drains or under trees – you begin to wonder.
It is really bad sight to see.
