THE ANZ Bank has a slogan: “We live in your world.”
It should really reasses if it is appropriate.
When it comes to providing efficient and prompt services, this bank is definitely “not from this world”.
Customers are having to wait for more than an hour to be served at its Waigani branch.
We don’t know if the delays are because of the systems or if staff performance is the issue.
But with the increasingly tough competition in the financial sector, this bank needs to improve greatly on its customer service.
That’s if it wants to continue surviving in our world.
