So little prize money?

 AS an Eastern Highlander, it is disappointing to see 44 teams from the seven districts of the province taking part in the Simon Sia Cup, with an affiliation fee of K500 per team. That would bring to about K22,000 excluding gate-takings, but the winner only got K5,000. What about the other participating teams? Are there consolation prizes? Simon Sia, please remove all the money heads in your team and I am very sure you will produce the best of the best players in the Goroka Lahanis.
