So who is the rightful prime minister of PNG?

THE Supreme Court has ruled in favour of Sir Michael Somare.
The parliament has re-elected Peter O’Neill as prime minister shortly before the court made its decision.
As a result, we now have two prime ministers, two sets of cabinet ministers and two police commissioners.
Do we need to go to court again to find out who is in and who is out?
Ridiculous.
