THE Vanimo branch of the Nasfund Contributors Savings and Loan Society held a conference in Vanimo to educate human resources and payroll officers about changes, developments and benefits of the Nasfund and Nasfund Contributors Savings and Loan Society members.
It was attended by 16 payroll officers from various companies in Vanimo and Aitape.
NCSL Vanimo branch officer Josepha Wunum highlighted the recent improvements and benefits for NCSL members.
The participants were told that NCSL now paid monthly interest and annual interests to its members.
Members were given the opportunity to ask questions to show that they were interested in finding out more about Nasfund Contributors Savings and Loan Society’s products and services.
NCSL was incorporated under the Savings and Loan Act on October 31, 2003, to provide NASFUND members and private sector workers a complementary savings vehicle besides superannuation benefits. This facility allows members to save money on a regular basis to cater for financial commitments for average Papua New Guinean workers.
