SOE extension reasonable

I AGREE with the extension of the state of emergency because of a lack of credible data collected on the tests done.
Tests should be intensive at certain areas within a short period of time.
Tests should be carried out on a minimum of six months to cover for population movement over different season and climatic conditions.
Test methods should be accredited and in compliance with world’s best practice.
Staff carrying out the tests should be certified and on a level of competency.
This are critical criteria that gives credible results and accurate information to make decisions.
There is only one factual data system that remains relevant to make the call, zero deaths.
So we rely at the mercy of divine intervention.
Two weeks extension is reasonable.
