Sogeri fare rise queried

CAN the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission, the PMV association and the relevant authorities clarify if the fare to Sogeri has increased from K4 to K5?
The fare in the city is still K1, so I cannot see a correlation here. We have been paying K5 since June.
The question is, who is responsible for this? Is it legal?
