Soldier wins Courts mega draw promo

 A SOLDIER at Taurama Barracks is the lucky winner of the Courts Origin Shoppers Mega Draw for a dream entertainment set.

David Gigimat, from the National Capital District, was picked from hundreds of entries for the Courts State of Origin promotion worth more than K20,000 last week.

Receiving the prize, Gigimat’s wife Evelyn said it could not have come at a better time as they had almost finished building their new home at Taurama Beach.

The dream entertainment set includes a Samsung 60-inch Smart LED TV, a Queenie TV stand and bbracket, a Samsung home theatre system, a Palmerstone five-seater lounge suite, a Udani floor rug and a 12-month 1 gigabyte internet plan from Daltron.

She said they had purchased a washing machine on a Saturday morning and never expected to win the competition.

Evelyn lives with her husband in the single quarters.
