Solien makes changes for Mioks clash

GULF Isou coach Bagelo Solien has made a few changes in his lineup following their 8-22 loss to premiers Hela Wigmen last Sunday.
The Gulf side will face the Enga Mioks in tomorrow’s round four double header in Port Moresby.
While both teams are yet to register a win, Solien’s lineup for the 3pm kick-off tomorrow will see former Dabaris and PNG Pukpuk Gairo Kapana making his debut with Isou.
“(For our) attacking options, we had a couple players (who) missed last week’s match so it was always going to be difficult,” Solien told The National yesterday.
“(In tomorrow’s lineup), Michael Timothy comes back at five-eighth (while) Mark Kumbi will play in the centres.
“On the wing, we’ll have Gebbie Taune and former Dabaris and Sevens (Pukpuks) player Gairo Kapana will make his debut.”
Meanwhile, referring to round three’s match, Solien said the consecutive set restart calls had affected their game.
“On review we couldn’t see what the restarts were for and they were all late in the tackle count,” Solien said.
“The referee also called held so my boys released the player (who the referee said held for), he continued to the try line and scored.”
