AFTER round 14 of the corporate bowls challenge, Solwai Lawyers are leading the night competition at the Lae Bowls Club.

The lawyers have been enjoying the weekly night event in recent weeks.

After the last round, they are on 11 points followed by Good Year Tyres 10 and BOC 10.

Niugini Electrical and Pacific Foam are still struggling at the bottom of the table as the competition heads into round 15.

Match coordinator Harry Kaisa said the round 15 matches would be held tomorrow night to allow for the participants to watch the State of Origin decider on Wednesday night.

The bowls challenge has attracted PX Cargo, Three Roses Flour, Tablebirds, Consort 1, Consort 2, Morobe Stationary, Good Year Tyres, Lae Builders Group, Ela Motors, Colorpak, Pacific Foam, BOC Gas, Huon Litho Press, Trukai, JT Plumbing, Solwai Lawyers, North Coast Aviation and Niugini Electrical.

The participants from these business houses had also attracted their family members to the greens to enjoy the fun and each other’s company.
