Something smells rotten in Gerehu

WHEN you walk along the Gerehu Park roundabout bus stop down in front of the hospital and police station, you will encounter a very bad smell.
This is unhygienic for people and also patients waiting to be treated at the hospital.
I believe the smell is coming from the 2-3 main drainage system along that area.
Can NCDC Governor Powes Parkop direct his staff or whoever responsible for waste management or blocked drains to look into this issue as soon as possible for the sake of the people of Gerehu and everyone else travelling in the area?
