Soso: I will back EHP

TEAM Eastern Highlands’ preparation for the coming PNG Games in East New Britain has been boosted with a K200,000 donation during the team’s ball earlier in the month.
Eastern Highlands Governor Jullie Soso led the contribution with a provincial commitment of K221,000.
Businessman Simon Sia gave K5,000.
Proceeds from the table sales at K1,500 each netted a further K74,000.
She commended the organisers for preparing the athletes and sportsmen and women to fly he flag of the province in Kokopo.
“I firstly thank youths from the eight districts of the province for supporting me towards my election, I will be at your back to ensure you win gold medals and make our province proud,” Soso said.
“All sports will get support whether it is rugby league, soccer or any other sport, they will be getting support from me,” Soso said.
