South Korea ready to help PNG: Envoy

National

SOUTH Korea is ready to help Papua New Guinea achieve its vision to become the richest black Christian nation by 2030, Korean ambassador to PNG Kang Kym-gu says.
“This vision is achievable because people of both countries have strong, courageous and never-give-up spirit. And PNG not only stands for Papua New Guinea but also People Never Give up,” Kang said.
Kang said this on Wednesday night during the National Korea Day reception in Port Moresby.
“Korea and PNG have mutually complementary qualities on top of their similarities. On the economic front, Korea is importing PNG’s abundant natural resources and organic agricultural products.”
