SratCom signs with super fund

Business

Locally-owned business StratCom recently signed up with Nambawan Super Ltd (NSL) to cater for its business superfund needs.
Director Andrew Runawery said running a business and employing people involved superannuation obligations.
“All employees are covered by the Superannuation Act 2002, whether they are full-time, part-time, or casual workers,” Runawery said.
“This means that as an employer, we have to meet our obligations.”
Nambawan Super Ltd defied PNG’s tough economic conditions by announcing a healthy profit of K406 million.
The fund’s investment portfolio increased to K6.4 billion, as at Dec 31, 2017, representing a substantial increase from the previous year.
