St Mary’s rude and obnoxious guards

I would like to comment on the behaviour and attitude of two security guards on duty around 7pm on June 16 at the St Mary’s Medical clinic at 5-Mile.
My husband and I rushed our baby son to there after he had severe diarrhoea.
We were met by a “closed” sign at the gate but, since the gate was open, we drove inside to enquire about after-hour treatment.
Instead, we were stopped on our tracks by two security guards screaming at us to get out at the top of their voices.
I calmly told them we saw the closed sign but wanted to make some inquiries.
But they brushed us off and continued to shout and chase us off the premises.
My children were scared and my daughter even asked me if the devil had taken over them.
I thought so too because they were unreasonable, childish, unprofessional, rude and intent on getting us out.
All my husband and I wanted was to ask if a doctor could prescribe something for my son as the clinic has his records so we could get the medicine at a pharmacy.
I call on St Mary’s to tell the guards at least to have the decency to listen to people.
We have decided not to return to St Mary’s.
The guards frightened my children and I cannot accept that.
