NATIONAL Housing Corporation acting managing director Elizabeth Bowada has urged her management and staff to change their mindset to ensuring they deliver to the people.
Speaking at the dedication service for NHC led by the Revival Centres of PNG yesterday, Bowada said in order to take back their organisation, they had to change the way they approached their jobs, their attitudes and mindsets.
“It’s the first of its kind to have a dedication service for NHC and I urge you all to put God first in your work,” she said.
“I challenge every one of us, let’s take back PNG and take back NHC. In order to take back NHC we have to change our mindset and change the paradigm of how we think and do business.
“That is why the management and I have decided to call a dedication service to officially start 2020.
“Let’s put Christ in the midst of all our work with a purpose, let’s not just say we are Christians but let’s show it by respecting one and other and our citizens.”
Bowada said NHC aimed to help Papua New Guineans have affordable housing.
“We are supposed to help Papua New Guineans have affordable housing and not just make one person enrich themselves from NHC.
“From now on, I challenge you all to put God first in everything you do.”
