IT would be good if the Agriculture Minister John Simon and Education Minister Joseph Yopyyopy get together and have the Sepik Agriculture College start enrolling students in 2021 academic year.
This institution was said to be a campus of the University of Natural Resources and Environment (UNRE).
Since then no students have been attending this institution. Why?
Can the ministers ensure a multi-purpose technical college is built in East Sepik this year?
