Still waiting for combo bundle


I ENTERED a K5 flex on May 26 and another K5 flex on May 31. On both occasions, I requested for the daily combo pack. The amounts were gone but I never received the bundle. I tried several means to get Digicel’s attention but I wasn’t successful. Every time I dialled 123, the voice prompts repeatedly said: “Your complaint is registered and will be entertained within 24 hours.” It’s one week and a day now and still nothing.  I even emailed Digicel through the address supplied through messages that pop up every now and then but still no assistance. Please restore my credits.
