Still waiting for rescue package

WE are in the third quarter of the year and those responsible for the funding are still talking about the K200m in the stimulus package for SMEs.
Commerce and Trade Minister William Duma says the K200m is a “bailout package to rescue small businesses to keep their heads above water.”
Many SMEs have closed while waiting for this rescue package.
The few remaining are barely keeping their heads above water.
When exactly is the rescue package coming to help address some of the challengers people face in living everyday.
