PNG Power has a very poor response time to their customers.
What a disgrace!
The team is yet to fix the reoccurring issue in Kedewa in Vabukori which is affecting about 30 houses.
It has been three days now and the issue has not been resolved.
I have been calling their hotline number on 116 day and night and other people in the area are doing the same.
Imagine calling and after dozens of calls then they finally answer with a poor customer service skill and the only answer they give is “we are aware of the issue and our team is on their way, we will call you back”.
It’s been days now.
Where is your team?
The customer care agent never returned the call.
This is unacceptable to your customers as this causes frozen protein getting spoiled, phones getting flat, majority of us rely on power on a daily basis.
