Stop abortion

THE Health Department has to take appropriate measures or propose strategies to stop young females around the country from aborting a foetus.
These are done secretly by young females nowadays.
They ensure to make in a way that no one will know.
I disagree with such behaviours.
I suggest every society identify those who are practicing abortion, so that they can face the full force of the law.
