Stop bribery at airport check points

Letters, Normal

I AGREE with Wanbel Niape’s  view regarding the security guards at Air Niugini.

I had to pay K100 to get my in-law to board his flight to Rabaul.

Just because he had a few  drinks the day before, I explained that he was sober  and  was  well enough  to  board  the  plane.

So I think it is normal for all guards at the terminal to get bribes whenever they can.

Air Niugini needs to monitor guards.

The air fares are costly and we cannot afford to  bribe the guards.
