Stop misuse of govt car

 I AM a settlement dweller who is struggling to make ends meet for me and my family. 

Whenever I get a chance to look at the newspaper, I read about all kinds of problem the country is facing with all the corruption going on and the misuse of government properties.

I have seen this certain government vehicle, ZCU 048 on several occasions in unusual places in settlements where there are liquor outlets.

I believe if I see something that is not right, I have to raise my voice and that’s what I am doing

 The people responsible need to look into this.
